Very. The first thing you need to do is the initial test, which involves doing as many good-form sit-ups as you can. Once you've done that you need to consult the test chart to see what level this puts you at for your age.

Then it's time to get started with the program. Requiring you to do three workouts per week, each made up of 5 sets of sit-ups with a rest period in between. Tailored to the number you completed in the initial test, you can be assured that whilst it will push you, it is also achievable. A fresh test is done at the end of weeks two, four and five, which help to further tailor your workout.
